Q. Who is Music 2 Hues ?
A. Music 2 Hues is a worldwide supplier of high-quality
production music and sound effects. Major worldwide clients range from
Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines©, Continental Airlines©, The Chicago
White Sox©, Foxwoods Casinos, Fox TV, Universal Studios©, Girl

Are you next ? Q. How do I listen to
the online demos ?
A. Our online demos require the Adobe Flash player for playback. This
is a free player that
comes already installed on almost all new computers today. You can also
get the Flash player at the Adobe website. Please note
that the online demos are compressed for easier streaming and do not
represent
the true
audio quality of the actual CD's or tracks you purchase. The purpose
of the online demos is for quicker auditioning of the music, and to help
aid in the order selection process. If you have a slower connection,
please allow a few seconds for the demos to fully load before they
play.
Q. What does Royalty-Free
mean ?
A. When you purchase our music, we are selling
you the right to synchronize and mechanically transfer the music on any
disc as many times as you like to your productions. All copyrights of
the music remain with Music 2 Hues Publishing or the composers ( ASCAP
). Cue sheets may need to be filed for public performance ( radio, tv,
etc.. ) This covers the use of the music, production-wise, in accordance
with our end-user license. When you purchase
our products, you receive an end-user license stating your right to use
the music in your productions within the terms of the agreement.
Q. What format are your
CD's in ?
A. All of our Flagship Series *individual* titles are standard
audio CDs (Redbook Audio) which will play on any audio CD player. You
can import, or transfer individual themes easily into your editing system
of choice. The Theme Pack Series, SFX, & Broadcast Elements Series
contain both Audio CD's and DVD-Rom's. When you purchase the *complete* Flagship Series ( all titles ) it ships as a 10 DVD-ROM set containing full bandwidth WAV files.
Q. Is the music on the
Theme Packs, & Broadcast Series different from the Flagship Series
?
A. We've taken a collection of tracks from the
Flagship Series, and ported them over to those series, in specific formats
for those products.
Q. With the Flagship Series
CD's, do I also get shorter length versions of the main themes too
?
A. Yes. Almost all the CD's come with accompanying
60 and 30 second tracks to the full length cuts, which run anywhere from
4 -12 minutes. Underscores, 15 and 5 second cuts when appropriate, are
also included. The same is true of the Theme Packs.
Q. Do you put out new
CD's regularly ?
A. Yes. About every 6-8 weeks
we release new CD's in the Flagship Series. As a library owner, you'll
be notified of all our new releases, and receive special discounts on
them. The other series are expanded when applicable.
Q. Is your website secure
/ How can I order ?
A. YES! Our shopping cart is a safe and secure
cart using 256 bit encryption for secure online ordering. We accept all
major credit cards, or you can pay by Check or Money Order.
We also can arrange for wire transfers. If you are mailing in your order,
our complete mailing address is on our contact/help page. You can also
call or fax in your order. On international orders, shipping charges
may vary per destination to comply with postal regulations and customs.
Q. Do you accept Purchase Orders from state
or government schools and municipalities ?
A. Yes, we will accept a signed and numbered P.O.
from within the USA. Please feel free to fax or mail that into us. (
