Q. When I add an item to my cart for the first time, I get directed back to the main page and do not see the shopping cart page.
A. You need to have "cookies" enabled in your browser. For best performance, please make sure you are using the latest versions of FireFox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, or Opera web browsers for Mac or PC.
Q. What if I want the music I hear in the Download Center on CD ?
A. Click on any "Flagship Audio CD Series" link, and you will be able to purchase the audio CD versions of the categories.
Q. Can I return music I download ?
A. Due to the nature of the medium and product, there are no refunds on downloaded tracks. Please feel free to take your time and go through all the genres and music categories within them. For this reason, we allow you to listen to the full length tracks before purchasing. All prices shown are in US dollars. Upon checkout, you can also select other currencies if you are outside the USA.
Q. How do I download the tracks I purchase ?
A. Your online receipt displayed within your browser at the end of the checkout process will have all the download buttons for the tracks that you purchased. A copy of your order will also be emailed. Make sure you supply a VALID email address.
Q. Can I download tracks on an older 56k dial up modem ?
A. We recommend you be on a *high speed* connection like Cable, DSL, or Broadband.
You need to be on a high-speed connection to download whole categories or your session may time-out.
Q. Why would I want to download tracks instead of purchasing CD's ?
A. If you need tracks *right now* for a project, then downloading makes good sense. It is fast, easy, and secure.
It also eliminates any shipping charges, and import duties for our international clients.
