Center FAQ
Q. When I add another item to the cart, or select "checkout",
the previous selection is gone or I get directed back to the products page.
A. Either you have not put anything into your cart,
or you need to have "cookies" enabled
in your browser. Please make sure your browser settings
are checked so that it will accept all cookies. You can access these
settings in Internet Explorer, Safari or FireFox,
through their "internet options", or in their "preference" menus.
Q. What if I want the music I hear in the Download Center on CD ?
A. Just click on any "Flagship CD Series" link,
and you will be able to purchase the Audio CD versions of any category
there.
Q. Can I return music I download ?
A. Due to the nature of the medium
and product, there are no refunds on downloaded tracks.
Please feel free to take your time and go through
all the genres and categories within them. For this
reason, we allow you to listen to the full length
track before purchasing. All prices shown are in
US dollars. Upon checkout,
you can also select other currencies if you are outside
the USA.
Q. Is there a time limit on when I can download my tracks after purchase
A. Your online receipt at the
end of the checkout process has the download buttons
for all tracks that you purchase. It will also
be emailed to you.
Q. Can I download tracks on a standard 56k dial up modem ?
A. You can, but we recommend you be on a *high
speed* connection like Cable, DSL, or Broadband. You need to be
on a high-speed connection to download whole categories.
Q. Why would I want to download tracks instead of purchasing CD's
A. If you need tracks *right now* for a project,
then downloading makes good sense. It is fast, easy, and secure.
It also eliminates any shipping charges. |
